Stress affects everyone individually and what might cause one person stress might not cause stress for another. Therapy can help and my clients usually feel some relief right away.
The therapy I do is very feeling and experientially oriented. It can be quiet and inward, gentle and nurturing, or delving into the depths, and it is always held within a caring, safe and respectful space.
