Tami is a Fee for Service Provider. This means that she does not accept payment through managed care or insurance plans.
It is always your choice to seek reimbursement for therapy but consider the following before making that decision:
- Insurance companies often require a diagnosis of a mental illness.
- Managed care plans control many aspects of therapy, including the need for care, the type of therapy they will cover, and the number of sessions allowed.
- All insurance plans require some personal information in order to process your claim. Once this is submitted there is no way to ensure that it will remain private and confidential.
My dedication is to work for my clients and to guard their confidentiality. I work for you and believe that you should decide what is best for you not your insurance plan. You can be confident that I am committed to you and not your insurance company.
Payment is due at the time of service. Receipt of service will be provided for you to submit to your insurance company if you personally choose to use your out-of-network benefits from your insurance company.
